Foremost Municipal Library

Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)
Foremost is served by the Foremost and Bow Island Detachments of the RCMP. The Administration Office is located in Bow Island (Tel: 403-545-2784). The Foremost Detachment office is located at 401-3rd Avenue West, with two Constables residing in the Village.
Airport
An all-weather airport is located two miles west of the Village, and north of Highway 61. It features a paved and lighted runway, restrooms, first aid, picnic tables and a telephone. Aviation fuel and oil are also available.
Canada Post Office
The post office is located at 111 Main Street. The Post Mistress is Tracy Harty (Tel: 403-867-3600) and the post office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. Out-of-town mail arrives in Foremost at approximately 11:00 a.m. and outbound mail must be at the post office before 1:15 p.m.
Fish and Wildlife
The Fish and Wildlife officer is Robert Morrison, whose office is located at 312 Main Street (Tel: 403-867-3826).
Agriculture Financial Services
The Corporation Insurance office is located at 312 Main Street (Tel: 403-867-3666). Office hours are 8:15 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Motor Vehicle
Foremost issuing office for license plates, operators’ licenses, address changes, etc. is located at 117 Main Street (Tel: 403-867-3805). Hours of operation are 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Annual Events
Annual Rodeo and Tuff Trucks Competition – Foremost hosts the Rodeo and Tuff Trucks Competition every year on the third weekend of June. This rodeo is a Chinook Rodeo Association sanctioned event.
